綠島先民移居綠島後，生活以農耕為主，但因氣候與地質的關係，可耕地主要種植為番薯及花生。隨著時代變遷，農田長年荒廢，藉由【花生什麼事】體驗課程，復育綠島文化地景花生沙仔園，融合食農教育推廣，解說綠島傳統喜慶文化，提供旅人體驗製作花生豆腐。

在 80 年歷史的老屋「綠島厝」進行手作體驗，讓旅行有另一層意義透過飲食近一步認識綠島傳統文化，體驗地方創生的珍貴體驗製作花生豆腐，適合親子一同參與體驗。
The Experience
- 綠島獨特的花生豆腐，淡淡的紫灰色，淺淺的土豆香，採用的是榨完花生油後的花生渣(綠島人稱豆粕)。
- 泡水瀝出的花生漿煮沸，並用鹽滷凝結成豆花，壓去水分成為豆腐，剩餘的豆腐渣可以提供家畜。
- 綠島人使用花生的智慧及食材零耗損的代表莫過於花生豆腐。另外結合體驗式行銷，從農田的認識到花生豆腐的製作，學生/遊客從中認識花生之農業教育、食農教育，透過「食」認識綠島傳統料理。

- 課程體驗長度將會依照個人製作過程及速度快慢而有所差異。
